Slow Cooker Herb Chicken With Potatoes, Carrots And Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 5 Medium Fresh Carrots cut
  • 5 Medium Potatoes cut
  • 1 8 oz pk White Mushrooms washed
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Herb Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic crushed

Instructions

  1. Dump the broth, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and garlic into the slow cooker.

  2. Now mix the seasoning mix with the oil and coat the chicken with it. After the chicken is coated lay it on top of all the other ingreadants in the slow cooker.

  3. Cook on high for four and a half hours.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
