Caprese Salad Skewers

Ingredients

  • Fresh Cherry Tomatoes you need one for each skewer
  • Fresh Basil Leaves one for each skewer
  • Mozzarella cut in cubs or balls (8 oz will make about 25 skewers)
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Place a piece of cheese on each skewer, then a basil leaf then a cherry tomato. Make sure to push them up the skewer a little so that they stay on.

  2. Next lightly drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  3. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
