Love the taste of pumpkin pie? I found a healthy way to have it even for breakfast! I am going to share my easy healthy pumpkin pie smoothie recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 5 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree not pie filling
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Soak pitted dates in almond milk for a few hours. While this step could be skipped, I find it helps to even out the sweetness.
  2. Add everything into the blender and blend until fully mixed. You want to make sure those dates are fully chopped up and blended.

  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
