If you are eating Paleo or maybe just looking for a healthier option to the old fashioned tuna cakes, then this recipe is for you. I am going to show you how to make these Paleo tuna cakes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or you can add a piece of parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Set it aside.
Grab a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients and combine using clean hands.
Use a ⅓ measuring cup to scoop up the mixture. Then form into patties.
Add the patties to the prepared baking sheet. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes.
Flip them halfway through so they cook evenly on both sides.
