Keto Bun Recipe With Everything Seasoning

  • 1 Cup Very Warm Water
  • 2 Room Temp Eggs slightly beaten
  • 2/3 Cup Golden Flax Meal meal not seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Oat Fiber
  • 1 1/4 Cups Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 2 Tbsp Butter softened
  • 4 Tbsp Powdered Swerve
  • 1/2 Tsp Xanthum Gum
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast not rapid rise
  • Everything Bagel Spice Mix


  1. Put all ingredients, one at a time, in the bread maker. Then set on the dough cycle.

  2. You could also mix in a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment and mix until fully blended. 

  3. Once cycle complete, remove dough from bread maker (or mixer) and separate into 12 even portions.

  4. Lightly dip/press each bun into your everything bagel spice mix and set on a nonstick baking sheet.

  5. Then cover your rolls with a clean dish towel and let rise for 45 minutes.

  6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then bake your buns for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven). They will be puffy and golden brown when done.

  7. Remove from the oven serve warm or let them cool.
