Going Keto or low carb and worried about what you are going to do for bread? Check out this Keto bun recipe with everything seasoning. It works out to be about 10 carbs, 2 fiber and 21 grams protein per bun.
Put all ingredients, one at a time, in the bread maker. Then set on the dough cycle.
You could also mix in a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment and mix until fully blended.
Once cycle complete, remove dough from bread maker (or mixer) and separate into 12 even portions.
Lightly dip/press each bun into your everything bagel spice mix and set on a nonstick baking sheet.
Then cover your rolls with a clean dish towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then bake your buns for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven). They will be puffy and golden brown when done.
Remove from the oven serve warm or let them cool.
