Lettuce Wrap Tacos

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • Romaine Hearts
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • Additional Taco Toppings of your choice
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Diced Tomato


  1. First you want to brown the meat in a large pan.
  2. Then drain off excess grease.
  3. Now slowly add water and taco seasoning mix and heat on medium until liquid is almost gone, stirring occasionally.
  4. Take the romaine leaves and separate and trim any excessive stalks.
  5. Place about 1/4 cup of taco meat on each leaf.
  6. Add cheese, tomatoes and any other taco toppings you like.
  7. Serve immediately. Do not let stand to long as the lettuce will start to wilt.
