Black And White Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed (can be canned or your own pre-soaked softened beans)
  • 15.25 oz Can Black Beans or Pinto or Red Kidney drained and rinsed (can be canned or your own pre-soaked softened beans)
  • ½ Cup Red onion halved thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a Bowl combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
  3. Stir before serving.
