  • Bread of your choice
  • Baby Spinach
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Hummus
  • Onion optional


  1. Lightly toast your bread and let cool.
  2. Spread hummus on the first slice of bread.
  3. Layer with cucumber, baby spinach and tomato (and onion, if using onion).
  4. Place the second piece of bread on top and enjoy!
