Healthy Buffalo Chicken Bites That Are Diet Friendly

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce


  1. Place your chicken on a pre-heated grill.
  2. Grill at medium to low heat (around 450 degrees) for about 30 minutes give or take a few minutes depending on how thick your chicken is.
  3. About 5 to 10 minutes after putting them on the grill, be sure to flip them over.
  4. After done, remove from grill and cut into cubes.
  5. Place in a container with a lid or a Ziploc bag.
  6. Dump in the hot sauce and shake up until everything is well coated.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
