The best almond poppy seed lemon bread that will have you coming back for more!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the rack on lower middle position.
Grease one standard (9x5) size loaf pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine poppy seeds, baking powder, flour and salt. Mix until incorporated.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, oil, sugar, yogurt and both extracts until well-incorporated.
Add wet ingredient bowl to the dry, folding together with spatula until just incorporated. Be sure not to over mix.
Dump batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
