Pineapple Blueberry Popsicle Recipe

Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Layer the pineapple and blueberries in each of the molds.

  2. Pour coconut milk into each mold over the fruit. Be sure to stop a little before the top to allow room for freezing.

  3. Place sticks in top of the molds and place in the freezer until frozen solid. Takes about six hours.
