Grilled Buffalo Corn On The Cob Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Corn On The Cob husked and silk removed
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce used Frank's Original
  • 1/8 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place your corn on a pre-heated grill. Grill it for about 12 minutes on medium to low heat making sure to turn often for even cooking. Corn should look darker yellow with some dark spots when done.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce and cheese in a small mixing bowl until fully blended.

  3. When corn is done, remove from grill and coat with buffalo mixture. Top with extra cheese if you like (optional).

  4. Serve and enjoy!
