Add everything to the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Put the lid on and lock it in place. Make sure the valve is on seal.
Push the manual button and then add a cook time of 5 minutes.
When it beeps that it is done do a quick pressure release.
Using an immersion hand blender blend until smooth with no lumps.
When you have all the liquid cooked out and it is a thick texture it is done. Allow to cool and then store in airtight containers in the fridge.
