Instant Pot Pumpkin Butter

Did you know that making Instant Pot pumpkin butter is super easy? You can have that amazing taste of fall in little to no time at all!

  • 12 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Organic Honey
  • 3 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree


  1. Add everything to the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Put the lid on and lock it in place. Make sure the valve is on seal.

  2. Push the manual button and then add a cook time of 5 minutes.

  3. When it beeps that it is done do a quick pressure release.

  4. Using an immersion hand blender blend until smooth with no lumps.

  5. Push the saute button and cook for another five minutes stirring frequently. DO NOT walk away! This cooks really hot and you will need to keep stirring so you do not burn it.
  6. When you have all the liquid cooked out and it is a thick texture it is done. Allow to cool and then store in airtight containers in the fridge.
