Keto Loaded Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

If you are trying to eat a lower carb diet, I have a recipe for you to try. It is a Keto loaded cauliflower casserole recipe! Sure to please!

Servings 4 people


  • 12 oz packages of frozen riced cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Green Onions diced
  • 5 slices Cooked Bacon diced
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Combine all the ingredients (other than 1/2 cup cheese) and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle the half cup cheese over the top of the mixture.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
