Season ribs with dry rub 24 hrs before cooking and place covered in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the aluminum foil packet of ribs in the oven and cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until ribs are tender to the touch and have started pulling back from the bone. **If cooking over a campfire, place off to the side of the fire and not right over the hottest heat of the fire.
Take the ribs out of the foil (be careful, it will be hot) and place ribs with the meat side up in the oven on a baking pan. Turn the oven up to 375 degrees. **If cooking over a campfire, you can move the ribs to the grill area at this point to finish the rest of the steps.
