Blackberry No Churn Ice Cream

  • 6 oz Fresh or Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk


  1. To start you want to puree half of the blackberries in a blender.
  2. Then add in the condensed milk and pulse blend it until blended.
  3. Now with a large bowl, mix the vanilla and heavy cream on high speed until it starts to form soft peaks.
  4. Then carefully fold (not stir) in blackberry mixture and remaining fresh blackberries.
  5. Now spread the mixture out in a loaf pan.
  6. Use foil to cover and place in freezer for about 6 hours or until firm.
