Natural Pain Relief – LivRelief Cream
Do you ever suffer from pain? Maybe after a long day of bending over in the garden or a whole day of standing on your feet getting all your produce canned and put away? I for one am always dealing with pain as I suffer from Fibromyalgia. The days I do my gardening, long cooking sessions, crafting or just really doing anything out of the normal day, it has a habit of making my nerves and muscles flare-up. So I am always looking out for natural pain relief, as I really do not like putting chemicals and medications (other than what I have to take) into or on my body. So finding something that is a natural and can reduce pain, is a win-win in my book.
I recently found LivRelief pain relief cream. It is over 90% natural and is made up of a lot of different plants, beeswax, and other things. One of the main ingredients is capsaicin, which is something that is found in hot peppers and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties among other things. Another great thing about LivRelief natural pain relief cream is that it is gluten-free and is free from petroleum, SLS, propylene glycol and paraben!
When I got my first tube of the LiveRelief cream, it came on a day when I really needed it as I had a few muscles that had been bugging me. The first thing I did when opening the cream was I put it to my nose to see if it had a strong smell. I do not know about you, but I can not stand when things have super strong smells. Anyways, there was hardly any smell at all to the natural pain relief cream. So after passing my smell test, I figured I would give it a try and see if it really worked. So, I applied it to the muscles that had been giving me issues the past few days (hip and outer thigh). I was a little surprised that there was no burn or cold feel like I have had from some other topical creams that I had tried in the past. So I was wondering if it really was doing anything as it kinda just felt I had rubbed lotion on.
Well, about 5 minutes or so passed, then I felt a very slight and I do mean slight warming feel. I went on about doing my work writing blog posts, checking emails, responding to social media messages and so one. Well before I knew it, it dawned on me that my pain had eased up and was not bugging me anywhere as near as bad as it had been! Any type of natural pain relief that can ease my pain, even a little, is a keeper for me! Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying this totally wiped out my pain, but it did lessen it a lot making it so that I can think about things I needed to do and work that needed to be done, and not just be thinking about how bad I was hurting.
If you are wondering where you can find the LiveRelief Cream as it is really new and not in a lot of stores yet, it can be found on Amazon here.
