Grilled Buffalo Corn On The Cob Recipe
Looking for a new spin on the fresh summer corn on the cob. If you like things a little spicy, I have just the recipe for you to try. It is a recipe for grilled buffalo corn on the cob.
I grilled my corn on a gas grill, but this could also very easily be made over a fire while at camp. The buffalo corn seasoning mixture is also something that could be mixed up right at camp. Or even just mix before you head out the door and toss it in the cooler.
When I first made this recipe I was wondering if the two flavors would mix well. I was very pleased with how well it did. So if you are looking for something different to mix up the old-fashioned corn with butter and salt, I say why not give this a try.
This time of year corn on the cob is not only a tasty side dish, it is a super cheap one too. Everywhere has corn on sale or better yet, did you grow your own? If you are new to growing corn, be sure to check out my post on 7 Easy Tips On How To Grow Corn.
While this recipe could be made with frozen ears of corn, it tastes best when you use garden fresh. But then again, doesn’t everything taste best when it is garden fresh??
