Homemade Parmesan Herb Butter Recipe
I don’t know about you, but I LOVE herb butter! But when you buy it at the store is can be so pricey. However, it is super easy to make your own at home.
This is one of those recipes that is easy to change to make it your own. So if you don’t like one herb, simply leave it out or replace it with one that you love.
You can also leave out the parmesan if you wanted and just have it as an herb butter without cheese.
To make this recipe, you will need a food processor. Or if you make sure to chop the herbs really small by hand you can use a beater to mix it.
The thing I think I like most about this recipe other than it tastes amazing is that it is so easy to make! I mean if you can dump a few items into a food processor, you can make this recipe. That easy!
This butter is great on fresh bread, crackers, in other recipes that call for butter and so much more! You can also use it like we do to make Homemade Garlic Bread.

Homemade Parmesan Herb Butter Recipe
No need to buy pricey herb butter at the store when it is this easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil packed
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley packed
- 5 Stalks Fresh Chives or Green Onions
- 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic peeled
- 1/4 Tsp Salt optional
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to food processor. Blend until the herbs are completely broken down and the butter is evenly combined. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
