Pressure Cooker Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy
This recipe for pressure cooker pork chops with mushroom gravy was made in an Instant Pot. However, it can be made in just about any electric pressure cooker. So if you do not have an Instant Pot, you can still make this recipe.
Not a fan of mushrooms? As much as I love them, I know there are some out there that hate them. You can simply leave them out of the gravy. Just mix it up like the recipe calls for and omit the mushrooms.

We used boneless thin pork chops to make this recipe. I’m sure it could also be made with bone-in if you wanted but I have not tried it that way yet. So you if you are using those, you may need to adjust the cook time for a few more minutes.

Pressure Cooker Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms or white buttons
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops thin sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Garlic minced
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
Instructions

Place the Instant Pot on the saute mode. Add in the olive oil then the pork chops. Sear pork chops on each side. Then turn off saute mode and add in beef broth.

Now put the lid on the Instant Pot and push high pressure for a cook time of 12 minutes. Make sure the valve is on sealing.

When it beeps that it is done, do a quick release of pressure by opening the valve.

Carefully remove the pork chops and set them aside on a plate. Leave the juice in the pot.

Mix cornstarch and cream together. Then pour into broth/liquid from the pork. Mix well.

After that is mixed, add in mushrooms, garlic, salt, paprika, and onion powder. Push the saute button again. Bring to a boil while stirring. Then cook until the gravy thickens. If your gravy is not becoming thick then add a little more cornstarch.

After you have the gravy to a thickness you like, add the pork chops back in so they are covered in gravy and then plate and serve.
