Cranberry Salsa
This cranberry salsa recipe will be such a hit in your house it will be the new fall favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 Apple Granny Smith
- 1 bag Cranberries
- 1/2 small Red Onion
- 1/2 large Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 large Green Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp Pickled Jalapeño
- 3 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/3 Cup Apple Juice
Instructions

The first thing you want to do is chop the apple, red onion, bell peppers and jalapeño into large pieces and place in food processor.

Next, add the bag of cranberries into the food processor with that mixture. Chop until everything is chopped and combined.

Now add sugar, lemon juice, apple juice and cilantro. Give it a quick run, just enough to mix everything.

Place in an airtight dish and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with chips.
