Cypress Essential Oil for Women’s Health
All of the essential oils that come from trees are awesome ones for health benefits. They have livening properties that restore and energize us, and cypress essential oil is no exception. It has a great aroma that is a woodsy, clean scent and can be easily blended with other oils such as basil, lavender or bergamot. This oil has been used for many years dating back to the ancient Greeks.

Its top properties include antibacterial, antiseptic, antirheumatic, stimulant, vasoconstrictor. The best description for cypress is that it is lively, cleansing and energizing.
One thing to note about cypress essential oil is that even in its purest form, it is not for internal use.

I have also heard that Cypress EO can help with excessive sweating. Do you know anything at this?
Reuse Grow Enjoy says
Hi Becky, that is a great question and not sure why I did not include it in this post. But yes, it can be used to help control sweating. Just rub in a few drops to the area needed such as palms, feet or underarms. If you have touchy skin, you can mix it with a carrier oil before applying.
