Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
Love that taste of pumpkin pie and wish there was a more healthy way to have it? Maybe even for breakfast? Well, good news, there is! I found a way to make this healthy pumpkin pie smoothie recipe!
This is a recipe that fits with most diets as it is dairy free, refined sugar-free, low carb, vegan and Paleo! And it really does taste like pumpkin pie!
This makes enough for one extra large smoothie or two medium size ones. Great way to have a breakfast or meal on the go as it only takes a few minutes to make.
It is sweetened with dates. However, if dates are not your thing, feel free to swap them out with a sweetener of your choice such as organic sugar, stevia or honey.
These could be made up ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a few days. Mason jars with plastic lids work really well for this. That way you can just grab one on the way out the door when you are in a hurry.
