Pineapple Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe
Smoothies are such a great way to have a healthy meal on the go. Well, unless you buy some of those store bought ones that have tons of additives and sugar added to them. If you are looking for a new healthy smoothie recipe to try, check out my recipe for pineapple blueberry coconut smoothie.
This is super simple to make! If you can toss something in the blender you can make this pineapple blueberry coconut smoothie!
While you could use a few blocks of ice to get the thick slushy-like texture, I have found a hack that helps keep from watering it down. Simply freeze your fruit before using it! That way it is like ice but won’t water it down.
Another thing to note is while you can use store bought coconut milk, I have found it hard to find ones that don’t have additives and thickeners in them. So I just make my own. If you are wanting to make yours too, check out my post on How To Make Coconut Milk.

Pineapple Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 4 Ice Cubs optional
Instructions

Toss everything in the blender and blend until fully blended.
Recipe Notes
Note: I like to pre-freeze my fruit so that I do not have to use ice. I find that ice can sometimes water it down.
