Strawberry Coconut Mango Smoothie
Are you a smoothie drinker? They can be such a healthy meal when you are on the go. But nowadays, many find the need to add lots of sugar and other things that are not so healthy. If you are looking for a new recipe to try, check out this healthy strawberry coconut mango smoothie recipe.
This strawberry coconut mango smoothie is really easy. It only uses three ingredients and you can make it right in your blender.
While you can use any coconut milk to make this recipe, I like to make my own (fine my coconut milk recipe here) so I know what is going in my body. I was using store bought coconut and nut milk, but after looking into some of the stuff that is in them, changed over to making my own.
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries in this recipe. I used frozen so it gave it more of a chill without adding ice that would water it down.

Strawberry Coconut Mango Smoothie - Dairy Free, Paleo, Gluten-Free & Sugar-Free
- 1 Mango Peeled and Diced
- 8 oz Coconut Milk
- 4 Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
Add everything into the blender and pulse it a few times.
Then push the blend button and let it go for about 1 minute or until fully blended.
Then simply pour into a glass and enjoy.
