Sugar Free Dairy Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Are you someone that loves good oatmeal raisin cookies but you have to watch your sugar intake and you can’t have dairy? Good news! I have come up with a recipe you should try. It is a recipe for sugar free dairy free oatmeal raisin cookies!
I did this recipe because it is one of my husband’s favorite cookies, but he is lactose intolerant. He is also a diabetic so we have to watch sugars. Now, these cookies do have natural sugars and carbs so you still can’t go crazy with them, but it is a lot less than using white sugar.
If you are not worried about the sugar and don’t like to use sugar substitutes, you can replace the Splenda with regular white sugar.
These cookies come out soft, chewy and moist!

Sugar Free Dairy Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Splenda or sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp All Spice
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 2 Cups Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Apple Sauce unsweetened
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-
In a large mixing bowl mix everything other than flour and oats together. After it is well mixed you can add in flour and oats and mix just until blended.
-
On a nonstick cookie sheet that is ungreased place spoonfuls of batter. Baking mats also work great. I used a 1/8 measuring scoop as my spoon to keep the cookies about the same size. You can shape slightly with fingers if you want your cookies to be more round.
-
Place on center of the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
-
Remove from oven when done and place on a cooling rack. Then store in an airtight container.
