Lemon Lime Infused Water
I know they say you need to drink lots of water to have a healthy body. I do not know about you, but I get sick of just drinking plain water. So I like to mix it up with different infused water flavors. One that I really like is lemon lime infused water. No need to have super kitchen skills to make this as it is super easy to do.
If you can pour water and crush a lemon and lime, then you can make this recipe. You can serve it room temperature or add ice to it. I normally add a handful of ice with it being so hot here in the summer. It makes for a nice refreshing drink on those hot summer days. Plus it is really healthy for you as there is no added sugar, you are getting in your water and helping to flush your body with the lemon lime. So it really is an all around great drink!
The only tool you may need to make this is a hand juicer / reamer. I mean you can squeeze them by hand if you do not have it, the tool just makes it a lot easier.

Lemon Lime Infused Water
Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Limes at least one needs to be at room temperature
- 2 Fresh Lemons at least one needs to be at room temperature
- 2 Quarts Fresh Water
Instructions

To start you will need one lemon and one lime at room temperature.

In 2 qt pitcher add 2 quarts of fresh water.

Using a hand juicer or a hand reamer, juice the room temperature lemon and lime into the water.

Now slice both the other lemon and the other lime into slices and toss then into the pitcher.

Mix well.

Allow to stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add a few cubes of ice if you want and serve.
